Section 1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and vap777 ("vap777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the vap777 website located at https://vap777.cam and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers and customer support.

Section 4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on vap777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

Section 5 Registration & KYC Verification

Upon registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

5.1 KYC Documentation

vap777 reserves the right to request identity and address verification documents at any time. Standard documents include:

• Identity verification: A valid, unexpired CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport showing your full name, date of birth and photograph.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within 90 days showing your current residential address.
• Selfie / liveness check: A real-time photograph or video to match your face to the identity document on file.
• Payment method verification: Evidence of ownership of the payment account used for deposits, where applicable.

5.2 Document Security

Documents must be submitted exclusively through vap777's official secure HTTPS verification portal. Do not send identity documents via unsecured email, social media or messaging applications. vap777 will never request KYC documents via live chat or SMS. Submitted documents must be genuine and unaltered — falsification of identity documents may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

5.3 Account Suspension Pending KYC

vap777 reserves the right to temporarily restrict or fully suspend an account — including pausing withdrawal requests — until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified. This is a standard compliance measure and does not imply any allegation of wrongdoing on your part.

Section 6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on vap777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules prevail for that game only.

6.1 Game Integrity

• vap777 integrates games from certified technology providers using independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG). Published RTP ranges are illustrative examples based on theoretical calculations — actual results for any session may vary materially.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, vap777 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the original stake. The Platform accepts no liability for losses attributed to technical failures outside its control.

6.2 Sports Betting

• In-play (live) betting odds fluctuate in real time. Accepted bets at the time of confirmation are binding. vap777 is not liable for odds displayed due to data-feed errors from third-party providers.

6.3 Dispute Resolution — Gameplay

If you believe a game result or bet settlement is incorrect, you must raise a formal dispute via [email protected] within 7 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. vap777's decision, after internal review, shall be final and binding unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Section 7 Bonuses & Promotions

vap777 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as the PSL final or ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Validity period: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire after the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically.

Section 8 Payments & Transactions

8.1 Deposits

Section 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vap777 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, fabricating payment documents or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal or transfer proceeds of unlawful activity. vap777 complies with applicable AML obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in multi-player games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, system errors or misconfigured odds to generate artificial profits. Any winnings derived from technical errors are void.

• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or reversals. Any outstanding balance equal to the disputed amount may be withheld pending investigation.

Section 10 Responsible Gambling

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.

Section 11 Intellectual Property

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from vap777.
• The vap777 name, logo and brand assets are proprietary trademarks. Use of these marks without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
• Game content is provided under licence from certified third-party studios. Ownership of game assets remains with the respective studios and their licensors.
• Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or licence in vap777's intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

Section 12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vap777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, network issues or Force Majeure events beyond vap777's reasonable control.
• Losses attributable to your failure to comply with these Terms, including eligibility requirements or responsible gambling obligations.
• Any actions taken by payment providers, banks or financial institutions in connection with your transactions — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — where such providers decline, delay or reverse transactions in accordance with their own policies.
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Section 13 Account Termination

13.1 Termination by vap777

vap777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering or other unlawful conduct.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the minimum eligible age.
• Discovery that the user is subject to a self-exclusion that was not disclosed at registration.
• A requirement under applicable law or regulatory instruction to terminate the account.

Upon termination for breach, vap777 may forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud is confirmed, may also withhold real-money balances pending investigation.

13.2 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, all active wagering requirements must be settled and any pending withdrawals processed. Accounts subject to a regulatory investigation may not be immediately closeable.

Section 14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where vap777 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — may impose restrictions on online gambling activities. vap777 does not make any representation as to the legality of its services in Pakistan and expressly disclaims any obligation to ensure that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
